Im not trying to come across as preachy, I know you mean well ; ) you suggested that Tom rent some equipment. Renting still costs money and eventually you end up paying the same amount or more. You said he should contact the local music store? Yea how professional is that? Remember its him and Walter, So when do you suppose they have the time to do that in between filming , editing, walking the dogs, etc... their is no silver bullet but one thing i would NEVER forget is the equipment you spend your $s on..........contact the companies that make the stuff you use........get them to loan you stuff the check out .......and thank the local music store that did it......i used to rent "loan" stuff all the time from the music store i worked at to bands that played on a local music show on community access.........well your not community access you have a very diverse and forward thinking audiance..........rush limbough got a 400 mil contract very recently ......... but i would contact mabey musicians friend american musician and there are many abc music...........parts express.......steel speakers........ list goes on and on........... find a book that list "all" distributors its huge......... if a pair of borrowed akg c1000s makes leanords guitar sound way clean......well your audience is all capable of using the internet.........email me and ill send you the longest list of major distributors i can find........and ive worked in the field since 88

Tom I have to tell you.... lately I've been cleaning myself up a bit and I thought I'd let you know how you helped. Nothing heavy like getting out of an addiction or anything, but something suitable to you i think.
I came out of a shitty comfy relationship, where I let myself go a bit and was just mr. beer drinking stereotypical man type in the south. I fucked it all up and now I'm learning from it. I started getting back in shape and doing some work around the house (if you can please call adam carolla to help btw)... While I'm working out or doing work anywhere for that matter I play your show in backround. Hehe it's like you're my eye of the tiger. Sounds pretty lame, but I'd rather to be entertained while doing stuff I hate ( I hate working out btw) that listening to the same punk rock I've listened to for years. (hence the stupid joehawk name).
