It is good that you keep this Walter person in line. Train him like you train dog. He should also have to give you so called back rub before he get payment. I think he work not enough for the 5$/hr you pay him.

Thats some of the greatest improvisational comedy i have ever seen and ranks as one of my favorite Tom Green moments ever.
Bad idea! A great portion of people clear their internet history every time they close their browser. If you want to make the email submission box in a place that will garner attention; put it in the top left (as per western reading custom - left to right, top to bottom). Having the email submission box so people have to put in an email before they access the videos is a bad idea. Think of the loyal base of viewers you have already. They don't want to put their email address in every time they come to the site!

Tom- Have your friends at Planet Green help you cover your roof with solar panels. Maybe the cost of the pay site could be $4.75 if you cut the costs of your electric bill. Take the money from the Planet Green show you are doing and use it for a renewable solar conversion of the studio and house. Planet Green could turn the process into a show and you might get some of the conversion donated. You know the people to make it happen so make it happen.

Liking the Tour of the Channel, But got me thinking that you can be a bit mean to Walter sometimes, is this an act or is it "tough love"? I mean asking the guy to keep a steady shot while moving real quick through a minefield of poo and up some dangerous looking steps, what's next Juggling Starved badgers on a unicycle over an icy lake ? (Having said that some of his composition can be a bit sucky :p ) Anyways Love the channel and would de willing to pay to watch on demand segments, The bowling Trophy "champ" one Still makes a bit of wee come out when I watch it.

I understand that you want to be all professional and shit but you can't take good shots walking and holding the camera with the bare hands. That's why they invented steadycam supports. Some of those are really simple and inexpensive, or you can just use a tripod with the legs closed as counterweight.

You should totally try to get Lance Krall to appear on your show! He's funny as hell, and has even had his own show before on Spike TV (The Lance Krall Show). Unfortunately, it got cancelled. However, he did hook up with VH1 for his new show (Free Radio). It ran for 9 episodes. Whether or not they decide to renew it is a mystery to us all.
